Your work will directly support decision-making and help establish a culture of financial discipline in the company.\nRequirements\nMust-Have:\n2-4+ years of experience in finance, audit, FP&A, or controlling\n\nStrong Excel / Google Sheets skills\n\nSolid understanding of P&L, budgeting, reconciliations\n\nAnalytical mindset, detail-oriented, proactive approach\n\nEnglish: b1\n\nNice-to-Have:\nBackground in Big Four (especially audit/transaction services)\n\nExperience in digital B2C or iGaming business models\n\nFamiliarity with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) - user level\n\nKey Responsibilities\nBudgeting: Collaborate with key stakeholders (marketing, affiliate, media buying, etc.) to set and manage departmental budgets\n\nP&L Monitoring: Perform plan-vs-actual analysis, build dashboards, identify and explain variances\n\nExpense Control: Track and verify departmental spending, affiliate payments, and bonus structures\n\nModel Maintenance: Update and support existing financial models provided by management\n\nReporting: Deliver weekly and monthly financial presentations and operational summaries\n\nPayments Analysis: Assess cost structures of PSPs, simulate cost impact scenarios\n\nCross-functional Support: Work with CRM, affiliate, support, and creative departments on shared financial initiatives\n\nWhat We Offer\nRemote-first format with occasional travel if needed\n\nCompetitive compensation\n\nLong-term cooperation with high-impact project exposure\n\nOpportunity to influence internal processes from the ground up\n\nCareer growth\n\nWe’ll review your CV and everything you have sent us within five working days.
