People make a difference in the big game, and we may help to find the right ones.\nCurrently, we are looking for a User Acquisition Manager to join one of toogeza’s clients.\nRequirements\n6+ months of experience in user acquisition / performance marketing\n\nExperience managing budgets over $150-200k on paid social channels\n\nStrong understanding of key marketing metrics and how they impact business performance\n\nStrong analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions\n\nExperience working with analytics tools such as Amplitude or Tableau\n\nStructured and systematic approach to work\n\nCreativity and ability to generate strong ideas and hypotheses\n\nAbility to explain and support decisions with data\n\nAbility to react quickly and adapt to changes\n\nUpper- Intermediate (B2) or higher level of English\n\nResponsibilities\nCreate, manage, and scale advertising campaigns (Meta, or AppLovin and Pinterest)\n\nOptimize ad campaigns to achieve performance KPIs\n\nOwn key performance metrics such as ROAS, Spend, and others\n\nDevelop and test hypotheses to improve user acquisition performance\n\nWork closely with PMMs and the creative team to improve product messaging and ad creatives\n\nParticipate in creative brainstorming sessions and generate new ideas\n\nResearch and analyze competitors’ user acquisition strategies, including channels and ad creatives\n\nWhat we offer\nRemote or Hybrid work.
