People make a difference in the big game, and we may help to find the right ones.\nCurrently, we are looking for an experienced Senior Financial Manager/Controller to join one of toogeza’s clients.\nThis is a hands-on role with end-to-end responsibility for key financial processes across multiple legal entities, projects, and jurisdictions. The role covers management reporting, budgeting and forecasting, cash-flow and payment management, financial controlling, payroll coordination.\nThe candidate will work closely with senior management, internal/external project managers and stakeholders, ensuring the accuracy and transparency of financial information and translating financial data into clear insights and recommendations for decision-making.\nWe are looking for someone who is comfortable taking ownership, independently managing complex financial matters, identifying potential risks, and continuously improving financial processes in a dynamic and confidential environment.\nKey Responsibilities\nPrepare and analyze management reporting across multiple entities and projects, including financial performance and variance analysis.\n\nStructure, reconcile, and validate financial data and maintain effective financial controls.\n\nReview transactions and supporting documentation and challenge unusual or insufficiently supported items.\n\nLead budgeting, forecasting processes and support financial planning for new projects and business initiatives.\n\nCoordinate payment processes, including payment planning, approvals, execution, and payroll validation.\n\nMonitor financial transactions and processes, ensure compliance with internal policies and approval procedures, and identify potential control gaps and financial risks.\n\nMaintain and continuously improve financial controls across key finance processes.\n\nCoordinate financial matters with HR, Legal, Treasury, Accounting, internal and external project managers, and other relevant stakeholders.\n\nSupport financial coordination across multiple legal entities and jurisdictions.\n\nIdentify opportunities to improve and automate financial processes, reporting, controls.\n\nMaintain finance-related policies, SOPs, approval workflows.\n\nRequirements\nProfessional Experience & Hard Skills\n5+ years of relevant experience in financial management, FP&A, financial controlling, or a combination of audit/accounting and in-house finance roles.\n\nHigh level of professional skepticism and ability to challenge financial information and transactions.\n\nStrong practical experience in management reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash-flow management, and financial analysis.\n\nExperience working with multiple legal entities, complex financial structures, or international business operations.\n\nAdvanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets, including complex formulas, pivot tables, data reconciliation, and financial modelling.\n\nPractical experience with Power Query and handling large datasets.\n\nSolid understanding of accounting principles, financial statements, and financial controls.\n\nAbility to independently structure, analyze, and interpret complex financial information.\n\nEnglish: Intermediate (B1) or above, both written and spoken.\n\nSoft Skills\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\n\nHigh level of responsibility, ownership, and accountability.\n\nAbility to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple responsibilities.\n\nProactive approach, initiative, and ability to identify issues before they escalate.\n\nExceptional attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.\n\nStrong organizational and communication skills.\n\nClear and effective communication with both financial and non-financial stakeholders\n\nHigh level of integrity, discretion, and confidentiality.\n\nAbility to work effectively in a dynamic environment with changing priorities.\n\nIf this role sounds like a fit - we’d love to hear from you!
