People make a difference in the big game, and we may help to find the right ones.\nCompany: Equals 5\nLocation: Remote (Ukraine / Europe)\nEmployment: Full-time, B2B\nAbout Equals 5\nEquals 5 is a US-based Healthcare AdTech company developing an All-in-One advertising platform that helps pharmaceutical brands reach specific healthcare professionals through precise targeting, intelligent data solutions, and advanced campaign analytics.\nOur technology connects healthcare marketing with major digital advertising channels, enabling automated campaign management, accurate audience targeting, and performance measurement.\nWe are looking for a Senior Product Manager to take ownership of our advertising channel integrations, combining strong product management expertise with a deep understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem.\nWhat You'll Do\nOwn the product roadmap and development of integrations with major advertising platforms, including Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, and others.\n\nDrive the launch of new advertising channel integrations and improve existing ones, focusing on campaign automation, data synchronization, accuracy, and scalability.\n\nTranslate business requirements into clear product specifications, user stories, and development priorities.\n\nLead product delivery for a dedicated team of up to 5 specialists, working closely with engineers, QA, and a Tech Lead.\n\nManage backlog prioritization, sprint planning, product documentation, and delivery processes.\n\nProactively research advertising technologies, identify new opportunities, and propose product improvements based on industry insights.\n\nActively leverage AI tools to streamline research, documentation, analysis, and product development workflows.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nStrong Product Management experience (3 years minimum), with a proven track record of independently owning technical products and roadmaps.\n\nPractical understanding of digital advertising platforms, including ad accounts, campaign setup, audience targeting, performance metrics, and attribution.\n\nExperience working in AdTech, MarTech, or closely with Media Buying / User Acquisition teams.\n\nSolid understanding of APIs, third-party integrations, data synchronization, and advertising platform capabilities and limitations.\n\nExperience managing software development teams and working with Agile/Scrum, backlog management, and product documentation.\n\nHands-on experience integrating AI tools (Claude, Claude Code, ChatGPT, or similar) into daily workflows to improve efficiency and automate routine tasks.\n\nStrong analytical thinking, ownership, proactive mindset, and ability to make independent product decisions.\n\nExperience with AI agents and advanced automation workflows.\n\nEnglish: B2+ | Ukrainian: Fluent.\n\nNice to Have\nExperience with programmatic advertising (DSPs, SSPs, ad exchanges).\n\nBackground in Healthcare AdTech, pharmaceutical marketing, or regulated industries.\n\nWhat We Offer\nCompetitive compensation with EU-east competitive salary.\n\nFully remote work with a flexible schedule.\n\nHigh autonomy and ownership of a core product area.\n\nDirect collaboration with the company leadership, and founders.\n\nAI-native environment with a strong focus on innovation and automation.\n\n18 days of paid time off (PTO).\n\n10 days of sick leave.\n\n11 US national holidays.\n\n50% reimbursement for job-related courses.\n\nReady to join the team?
