People make a difference in the big game, and we may help to find the right ones.\nCurrently, we are looking for an experienced User Acquisition Manager to join one of toogeza’s clients.\nRequirements\n2+ years of experience in user acquisition/performance marketing;\n\nExperience managing budgets over $100K on Meta;\n\nStrong understanding of key marketing metrics (CPM, CTR, CPC, CR, CPA, ROAS, ROI, LTV, CAC, Churn, Retention) and how they impact business performance;\n\nStrong analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions;\n\nExperience working with Amplitude/Tableau;\n\nStructured thinking and systematic work approach;\n\nCreativity and ability to generate high-quality ideas and hypotheses;\n\nAbility to explain and support your decisions with data;\n\nAbility to react quickly and adapt to changes;\n\nIntermediate or higher level of English.\n\nResponsibilities\nCreating, managing, and scaling advertising campaigns (Meta and others);\n\nOptimizing ad campaigns to achieve KPIs;\n\nOwning key performance metrics such as ROAS, Spend, and others;\n\nDeveloping and testing hypotheses to optimize user acquisition performance;\n\nWorking closely with PMMs and the creative team to enhance the product and ad creatives;\n\nParticipating in creative brainstorming sessions and generating new ideas;\n\nResearching and analyzing competitors’ user acquisition strategies, including their channels and ad creatives.\n\nWhat we offer\nRemote or Hybrid work.
