Demonstrated experience in several business domains, preferred around the Media/Entertainment and/or Software Development industry.Works as a liaison between Toolbox and B2B customers and is responsible for project deliverables to achieve agreed-upon milestones.The Technical Program Manager oversees the planning, implementation, and tracking of specific mid and long term projects with specified deliverables. Demonstrated experience in several business domains, preferred around the Media/Entertainment and/or Software Development industry.Works as a liaison between Toolbox and B2B customers and is responsible for project deliverables to achieve agreed-upon milestones. \nDuties and Responsibilities: \nMake straight-to-the-point brief decks and presentations\n\nAbsorve, condense and communicate project risks and status\n\nWork with C-level internal and external from a neutral position\n\nKnow when to talk and when to withdraw from conversation\n\nSet a meeting agenda and avoid topic drifting.\n\nExpose problems and issues with alternative solutions showing understanding of the root cause \n\nMake good use of the team's time leaving time aside for deep focused work for the projects to move forward.\n\nAbility to separate, differentiate and isolate architecture, business and project decisions\n\nHigh level understanding of SDLC, development, infrastructure, QA and Security\n\nAbility to identify and analyze technical requirements or issues when necessary to avoid overload of development teams\n\nConfront and resolve technical challenges, configure requirements, or analyze technical issues when necessary \n\nMinimum Requirements:\n3+ years of experience as a program or project manager in technology initiatives\n\nExperience coordinating cross-company teams and different functional areas like Engineering \n\nProduct and Operations.\n\nStrong communication skills. A direct, short, unambiguous and cordial style is preferred.\n\nAdvanced English and Portuguese (written and verbal skills)\n\nIterative and incremental agile project planning expertise.
