In this role, you will guide customers through their full implementation journey, from early discovery and solution design to configuration, onboarding, and training. You will also contribute your insight to help shape our product and support the development of scalable best practices. This position is ideal for someone who excels in solution-focused conversations and understands how retail planning systems are structured.\nYou will lead customer implementations in a consultative and solutions-oriented way, helping customers work through challenges with clarity, creativity, and confidence.
