Junior React Native Developer

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance cross-platform mobile applications for Android and iOS using React Native.
• Build responsive, user-friendly mobile interfaces with a strong focus on performance and usability.
• Integrate mobile applications with REST APIs and backend services.
• Work with React Native WebView to integrate web-based functionality into mobile applications.
• Implement navigation, state management, push notifications, deep linking, and other mobile app features.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize applications for performance, stability, and reliability.
• Integrate third-party SDKs, libraries, and services into mobile applications.
• Work with native Android and iOS configurations when required.
• Manage app builds, releases, and deployments to the Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
• Collaborate with designers, backend developers, and the product team to deliver high-quality features.
• Write clean, reusable, and maintainable code while following development best practices.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and continuous improvement of mobile applications.

Must-Have Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with React Native and mobile application development.
• Strong understanding of JavaScript, ES6+, and React fundamentals.
• Good knowledge of React Hooks, functional components, and state management.
• Experience integrating REST APIs and handling asynchronous operations.
• Familiarity with mobile navigation, app lifecycle, and platform-specific behavior on Android and iOS.
• Experience with Git and version control workflows.
• Understanding of responsive layouts, and mobile UI development.
• Knowledge of debugging, performance optimization, and error handling.
• Ability to troubleshoot issues independently and deliver reliable solutions.

Good-to-Have Qualifications

• Experience with TypeScript.
• Familiarity with React Native WebView and hybrid mobile applications.
• Experience with push notifications using Firebase Cloud Messaging or similar services.
• Knowledge of native Android development using Java/Kotlin or iOS development using Swift.
• Experience with Fastlane, CI/CD pipelines, and automated mobile app builds.
• Familiarity with publishing and maintaining apps on the Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
• Experience with Firebase, analytics, and third-party SDK integrations.
• Knowledge of Node.js and backend API development.
