Once the strategy is in place, we help communicate the changes and promote adoption among stakeholders.\n Immediate opening for an experienced Technical Project Manager to manage a diverse team of system security technicians, network engineers and electricians.\nServe as the technical authority and drive cross-functional alignment across IT, engineering and security platforms.\nProvide leadership, oversight, and guidance to a multidisciplinary team supporting information technology, data analytics and strategic planning initiatives.\nManage multiple competing projects/programs simultaneously.\nRun meetings, create and maintain timelines, and keep government stakeholders informed of progress and obstacles.\nManage the dependencies and the interfaces between projects and/or project deliverables, and negotiate any needed trade-offs.\nEstablish engineering excellence; define standards for system reliability, data quality, and documentation that enable teams to build and operate with confidence at scale. \nIdentify and eliminate operational friction by mapping end-to-end workflows. \nCreate reusable frameworks and drive clarity in high a tempo environment while addressing complex challenges into actionable execution plans.\nDevelop and implement risk management strategies and corrective actions to resolve program issues and mitigate performance risks\nMaintain effective communication and collaboration with Government stakeholders\nProvide overall contract performance, including program execution, staffing, quality assurance, financial management, customer satisfaction, risk management, and compliance with all contractual requirements while ensuring uninterrupted mission support\nProvide program progress reporting on a regular basis.\nReview request for quotes for material and review and approve invoices for completeness, accuracy,relevance, and quality\n Active Public Trust Clearance\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Management, Information Systems, or other related discipline plus five years experience in technical project management supporting a federal programs. \nMinimum of ten (10) years of experience managing large Federal programs in lieu of degree.\nExperience managing programs across cross-functional teams, building processes and coordinating schedules\nComprehensive understanding of electronic equipment design, development, evaluation, testing, installation, and maintenance\nKnowledge of the capabilities, limitations, operations, design characteristics, and functional use of various types and models of electronic equipment and systems\nExperience with CCTV systems video management systems, installation and maintenance activities.\nExperience managing contract cost, schedule, staffing, quality, and overall program performance.E\nMilestone and Velocity experience preferred\nPreferred\nPMP Certification\nCISSP Certification\n Only qualified candidates will be contacted.
