responsible to the Base Lead and/or Deployment Lead for the performance of their work and to the DQA for the quality and regulatory compliance of their work.\nResponsible to maintain validity of his/her TCCA AME M2 license at all times;\nAccomplish the following activities for each assigned maintenance tasks performed under his/her supervision;\nReview of the Technical Log, Purchase Order and associated documents for the maintenance requested;\nA Work Order is initiated with appropriate check sheets and additional work sheets are attached;\nWork related tasks are assigned to appropriately trained maintenance personnel;\nThe inspection, troubleshooting, repair, overhaul or replacement of parts is done in accordance with the Parts and Material section of the TA Policies and Procedures;\nInspection by certifying personnel has been carried out;\nDual inspections have been carried out as required;\nFunctional tests have been carried out as required;\nA review of all documentation for completeness has been carried out;\nA computerized maintenance release itemizing all maintenance performed and any outstanding defects is generated and entered appropriately;\nEnsure the work accomplished on any aircraft or component is in compliance with:The applicable manufacturer's recommended standards;\nCanadian Aviation Regulations;\nCompany policies and procedures;\n\nEnsure that all replacement parts are inspected, eligible and properly certified prior to installation;\nEnsure that the removed parts are properly tagged and routed to quarantine;\nInform the DOM or his delegate of irregularities on status of required maintenance tasks;\nPerform Receiving Inspection Authority functions as required;\nAssist in the On-the-Job training and instruction of personnel;\nAttend training courses to ensure continued qualifications;\nPerform related duties as assigned by supervisor;\nMaintain compliance with all company policies and license in a recognized discipline;\n2 years of relevant experience in aircraft maintenance (an asset);\nAble to work independently with minimal supervision;\nAble to work on complex assignments requiring considerable judgment, initiative and technical/specialized knowledge;\nAble to problem solve and troubleshoot;\nAble to communicate in English;\nTeam player;\nExperience on a commercial or military aircraft;\nExperience in Line Maintenance in a fast-paced environment is preferred.\nAbility to perform all work in support of our Corporate Values of Excellence, Service, Integrity … Together.\nPhysical Requirements:\nLifting / carrying / pushing / pulling up to 70 lbs;\nWorking in confined spaces;\nWorking Conditions:\nAbility to work a flexible schedule including overtime and
