Their experience, practical knowledge, creativity and problem solving skills will ensure that the aircraft are maintained in an airworthy and dispatch ready status at all times.\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities:\nEnsure that all replacement parts are inspected, eligible and properly certified prior to installation;\nEnsure that removed parts are properly tagged and routed to quarantine;\nEnsure the work accomplished on any aircraft or component is in compliance with:The applicable manufacturer’s recommended standards;\nCanadian Aviation Regulations;\nCompany Policies and Procedures;\n\nResponsible to sign for accomplishment of own work on applicable work forms and records, and to review forms and records to ensure entries are made in accordance with company policies and procedures;\nAssist in the On the Job Training and instruction of personnel;\nCarry out Independent Checks when authorized as per company policies and procedures;\nCarry out Receiving Inspections when authorized as per company policies and procedures;\nEnsure that his/her related training is valid at all times;\nPerform related duties as assigned by supervisor;\nMaintain compliance with all company policies and procedures.\nEducation and/or Work Experience Requirements:\nHolds a valid TCCA AME (M2) license\nA minimum of 2 years of experience;\nExperience on a commercial or military aircraft;\nExperience in Line Maintenance in a fast-paced environment is preferred;\nSkills:\nAble to work on complex assignments requiring considerable judgment, initiative and technical/specialized knowledge;\nAble to work independently with minimal supervision;\nAble to problem solve and troubleshoot;\nAble to communicate in English; German an asset\nTeam player;\nMust be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service;\nAutonomy;\nAbility to perform all work in support of our Corporate Values.\nBy joining Top Aces, you will find:\nA work environment in which service, integrity, excellence and teamwork are highly valued;\nOpportunities for development and growth;\nMultidisciplinary and multicultural collaboration at a local and global level;\nA flexible schedule;\nAttractive benefit plan\nCome share your passion with us!
