The role provides practical HR guidance and supports workforce planning, employee relations, performance management, talent, compensation and organizational change.\nWhat you will do\nPartner with leaders to provide HR advice aligned with business priorities and company policies.\nSupport workforce planning, resource forecasting and organizational changes.\nCoach managers on performance, attendance, accommodation, conduct and conflict resolution.\nManage employee relations matters and escalate higher-risk issues as appropriate.\nSupport performance management, talent reviews, succession planning and employee development.\nContribute to compensation reviews, job evaluation and workforce budget planning.\nPartner with recruitment on hiring priorities, selection and onboarding readiness.\nSupport employee engagement, retention, change management and HR program implementation.\nMaintain accurate case documentation, people data and reporting.\nWhat you bring\nDegree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Business Administration or a related field, or equivalent experience.\nFive or more years of progressive HR experience, including business partnership or broad generalist responsibilities.\nExperience coaching managers and supporting employee relations and performance matters.\nKnowledge of Canadian employment legislation; multi-provincial experience is an asset.\nCPHR or CRHA designation and regulated-industry experience are assets.\nProfessional fluency in English and French.\nKey capabilities\nStrong judgment, organization and follow-through.\nClear communication and collaborative stakeholder management.\nPractical problem-solving and commitment to confidentiality.\nWhy join us\nJoin a collaborative HR team supporting a growing, internationally connected organization.
