This role ensures that component repair capacity, inventory availability, and repair performance support fleet readiness, cost control, and business growth objectives.\nThe Inv and CR Sr. Manager provides operational leadership, drives continuous improvement, and supports the expansion of internal repair capabilities while maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities:\nLead day-to-day inventory and component repair activities at BRS.\nEnsure component repair throughput, turnaround time, quality, and cost objectives are achieved.\nEstablish clear priorities aligned with fleet demand and operational requirements.\nEnsure compliance with approved maintenance procedures, quality systems, and airworthiness standards.\nOversee inventory accuracy, integrity, and availability across supported fleets.\nMonitor min/max levels, safety stock, and repairable inventory pools.\nManage work-in-progress (WIP), quarantine, repair loops, and return-to-service processes.\nDrive high inventory accuracy through disciplined cycle counts and reconciliation.\nSupport the expansion and vertical integration of internal component repair capabilities using make-or-buy analysis.\nImprove internal repair throughput while reducing dependency on external vendors.\nDevise business cases and execute implementation of new repair capabilities.\nManage long-term scalability of BRS operations.\nDrive repair cost avoidance, cost saving, and productivity improvements.\nImplement standard work, performance metrics, and operational dashboards.\nLead continuous improvement initiatives to reduce lead time, WIP, and rework.\nPartner with support departments and the AMO to standardize processes. \nProvide leadership, direction, and development to assigned teams.\nFoster a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement.\nAct as a key interface with Fleet Management, Method, Maintenance, Supply Chain, Finance, Quality, and Engineering.\nProvide clear performance reporting and operational insights to senior leadership.\nPerform other related duties as assigned by Sr DoM Canada\nEducation and/or Work Experience Requirements:\nRequired\nPost secondary education in engineering, aviation, supply chain, or a related technical field, or equivalent experience.\nMinimum 10 years of experience in aviation maintenance, MRO, or component repair environments.\nProven experience managing inventory and/or component repair operations.\nStrong understanding of aviation quality systems and regulatory requirements.\nDemonstrated leadership and people management skills.\nPreferred\nExperience in military or defense aviation environments.\nExperience scaling internal repair or MRO capabilities.\nLean, continuous improvement, or production system experience.\nBilingual (English and French).\nWorking Conditions\nTravel is required\nOccupational Health and Safety Responsibilities:\nYou will have the following responsibilities in order to comply with the company's Occupational Health and Safety program:\nManagers are responsible for:\nProviding a safe and healthy workplace including the necessary equipment, systems, and tools which are properly maintained as per company maintenance policy manual and occupational health and safety manual.\nProviding information, training, instruction and supervision to protect the Occupational Health and Safety of Employees\nEnsuring Employees under their direction know and comply with Occupational Health and Safety requirements\nEstablishing, supporting, and consulting with Occupational Health and Safety committees and Workplace Occupational Health and Safety representatives on all matters to improve workplace Occupational Health and Safety including regular safety inspections of the workplace.\nSecurity Clearance Requirements/ CGP / ITAR:\nPosition requires Level II Clearance with the Canadian Government and the ability to gain access to the Canadian Controlled Goods Program\nBy joining Top Aces, you will find:\nA work environment in which service, integrity, excellence and teamwork are highly valued;\nOpportunities for development and growth;\nMultidisciplinary and multicultural collaboration at a local and global level;\nA flexible schedule;\nAttractive benefit plan.\n\nCome share your passion with us!
