Key areas include compensation and benefits administration, performance management, global mobility, onboarding, leaves, offboarding, reporting, standard HR processes and special projects.\nWhat you will do\nAdminister benefits and retirement programs and respond to employee inquiries.\nSupport annual HR processes, including performance and salary reviews.\nCoordinate disability, workers compensation and other leave files.\nSupport relocations, international assignments and global mobility administration.\nProvide first-line guidance on HR policies and processes and escalate complex matters.\nContribute to HR projects, process improvements and policy implementation.\nMaintain accurate employee records, HRIS data, documentation and standard reporting.\nSupport the administration of onboarding, employee changes, transfers, leaves and offboarding.\nSupport recruitment activities as needed.\nWhat you bring\nDegree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field, or equivalent experience.\nSeven or more years of progressive HR generalist or HR operations experience.\nExperience with benefits, HRIS, employee lifecycle administration and international HR practices.\nInternational, global mobility, UKG, CPHR or CRHA experience is an asset.\nProfessional fluency in English and French.\nKey capabilities\nStrong judgment, organization and follow-through.\nClear communication and collaborative stakeholder management.\nPractical problem-solving and commitment to confidentiality.\nWhy join us\nJoin a collaborative HR team supporting a growing, internationally connected organization.
