This role focuses on developing mission-critical software for airborne platforms.\nRole Summary\nDesign, implement, and test real-time embedded software supporting AAMS capabilities, including sensor fusion, tactical displays, and aircraft system integration.\nKey Responsibilities\nMission-system software development - Build and maintain software modules for avionics, EW, and tactical subsystems.\nResearch and implementation of interfaces using Interface Specification Documentation. Develop program modules that implement information and command exchange between subsystems.\nManage the design environment in conjunction with the Top Aces IT department.\nManage the software module library and compile functional programs suitable for different mission systems.\nDevelop C/C++ applications for reliability-critical environments.\nSystem integration - Integrate software with aircraft hardware, sensors, and communication buses (MIL-STD-1553, ARINC-429, Ethernet).\nVerification & validation - Support unit testing, integration testing, and flight-test readiness.\nDocumentation - Produce design artifacts aligned with aerospace certification standards.\nProvide support to users in terms of configuring and troubleshooting the mission system under development. \nDevelop applications / software tools for monitoring the correct functioning of the mission system including via remote connection.\nQualifications\nDegree in Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related.\nExperience configuring computer / PC hardware and making hardware settings.\nExperience with video settings and video conversion.\nDemonstrated programming experience C/C++.\nDemonstrated experience with networked systems.\nExperience in Linux and Windows OS environments.\nExperience in configuring and using interfaces using the following network types:\nARINC429 & 743\nMIL-STD-1553B\nEthernet\nRS-232/242\nFamiliarity with DO-178C, aviation systems, or defense software is an asset.\nExperience in remote diagnostics / remote troubleshooting.\nExperience in Systems Engineering in the integrated mission system context.\nSecurity Clearance Requirements/ CGP / ITAR:\nPosition requires Controlled Goods Clearance and Level 2 Secret Clearance\nBy joining Top Aces, you will find:\nA work environment in which service, integrity, excellence and teamwork are highly valued;\nOpportunities for development and growth;\nMultidisciplinary and multicultural collaboration at a local and global level;\nA flexible schedule;\nAttractive benefit plan.\nCome share your passion with us!
