This role ensures rigorous cost accounting for garment production, local statutory compliance, and tight working capital management to support profitable operations.\nDuties and Responsibilities\nCost Accounting & Inventory Management\nManage manufacturing cost accounting, tracking direct labor, raw materials (fabric, trims), and overhead allocation for apparel lines.\nOversee monthly, interim, and year-end inventory counts, analyzing variances for raw materials, work-in-progress (WIP), and finished goods.\nImplement strict inventory controls and optimize stock turnover.\nFinancial Planning, Budgeting & Analysis (FP&A)\nLead the annual budgeting process, periodic forecasting, and variance analysis against actual factory performance.\nProvide analytical insights on production efficiency, material usage, and cost-saving opportunities.\nDevelop financial models and business cases for capital expenditure or operational enhancements.\nFinancial Reporting & Compliance\nOversee full sets of accounts, ensuring accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing.\nPrepare management reports and statutory financial statements in alignment with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).\nManage relations with local government authorities, ensuring strict adherence to Cambodian tax regulations and labor compliance laws.\nCoordinate internal and external audits.\nTreasury & Working Capital\nManage cash flow forecasting, working capital, and day-to-day treasury operations to maintain healthy liquidity for factory payroll and vendor payments.\nJob Requirements: Education and Experience\nBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.\nProfessional qualifications such as ACCA, CPA, or CMA are highly preferred.\nMinimum 8 to 10 years of progressive financial management experience, with a mandatory background in a manufacturing environment.
