The General Manager will report directly to the CEO and work closely with senior leadership to align operations with business goals.\nJob Responsibilities:\nSales Strategic and Business Development:\nDevelop and implement company business strategies and operational plans.\nOversee sales performance for interior projects, décor products, and custom manufacturing.\nWork with the sales & marketing team to develop pricing strategies and branding direction.\nLead overall company operations to achieve business targets and profitability. \nMonitor market trends, competitors, and industry developments. \nDrive continuous improvement initiatives across all departments. \nLeadership & Management:\nLead and manage the manufacturing team, including production, quality control, logistics, and supply chain management.\nProvide strategic direction and day-to-day leadership, ensuring alignment with company objectives.\nFoster a culture of continuous improvement, operational excellence, and employee development.\nDevelop and implement KPIs to measure production performance and ensure targets are met.\nCollaborate with cross-functional departments (e.g., sales, finance, procurement) to optimize the entire manufacturing process. Production Always keen on to assist and support within new art concepts, project management & new materials introduction to both designers & production teams\nProduction Management:\nOversee the entire production process, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.\nMonitor production schedules to ensure timely and cost-effective product delivery.\nIdentify and address production bottlenecks or issues, implementing corrective actions as necessary.\nEnsure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and environmental\nguidelines. Manage inventory control, reducing waste and ensuring optimal stock levels.\nFinancial Oversight & Cost Management:\nDevelop and manage budgets for the manufacturing department, ensuring cost control and resource optimization.\nImplement cost-saving initiatives without compromising on product quality or customer satisfaction.\nReview financial reports, analyze variances, and take corrective actions to ensure financial targets are met.\nSupplier & Vendor Relations:\nManage relationships with key suppliers and vendors to ensure the timely and cost-effective sourcing of raw materials.\nNegotiate contracts and agreements to secure favorable terms and maintain supply chain reliability.\nContinuous Improvement:\nLead initiatives for process improvements using lean manufacturing principles, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.\nDrive the adoption of new technologies, automation, or best practices to enhance manufacturing efficiency.\nReporting & Analysis:\nPrepare and present regular reports on production performance, operational efficiency, and key metrics to senior management.\nAnalyze data to forecast future production needs and identify areas for improvement.\nMain Requirement:\nBachelor's degree in industrial engineering, Manufacturing, Business Administration, or a related field.
