residential, commercial, and corporate projects.\nIdentify new business opportunities, market segments, and strategic partnerships.\nEstablish sales budget, annual sales budget, revenue forecasts and growth plan.\nLead, mentor, and develop the sales management team and sales representatives.\nSet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales KPIs.\nMonitor sales performance and implement corrective actions when required.\nConduct regular sales meetings, coaching sessions, and performance evaluations\nDevelop relationships with: property developers, Architects, Interior Designers, Contractors, Consultants, Hotel Operations, Corporate Clients\nManage major project negotiations from specification through project completion.\nSupport the team in securing high-value contracts and long-term agreements.\nMaintain strategic relationship with key customers\nIncrease repeat business through excellent customer relationship management\nEnsure visual merchandising reflects premium brand positioning.\nImprove showroom conversion rates and average sales value\nIdentify emerging trends in premium wood products and interior decoration\nExplore new product categories and market opportunities\nManage pricing strategy and profit margins\nCoordinate product availability and delivery schedules\nAnalyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities\nRecommend pricing, product, and sales strategy improvements.\nPrepare weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual sales reports\nReview sales pipeline and forecast accuracy\nPresent business performance and strategic recommendations to executive management\nEnsure client data is accurate and up to date.\nMain Requirement:\nBachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Sales, Management, or a related field, MBA is an advantage.\nMinimum 5-10 years of sales experience.\nExperience in premium wooden products, building materials, interior finishing, furniture, construction materials, or related industries.\nProven experience managing nationwide sales operations.\nStrong B2B and project sales experience.\nStrategic Leadership, Team Management, Coaching & Mentoring, Performance Management,
