Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:\nDevelop and implement recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.\nManage the full recruitment cycle (job posting, screening, interviews, hiring).\nCoordinate with department heads to understand staffing needs.\nMaintain talent pipelines and recruitment databases.\n2. Employee Relations:\nAddress employee concerns, conflicts, and grievances.\nFoster a positive workplace culture and employee engagement.\nImplement employee retention initiatives.\n3. Performance Management:\nDesign and manage performance appraisal systems.\nSupport managers in employee performance evaluations.\nMonitor employee productivity and development plans.\n4. Training & Development:\nIdentify training needs and organize employee training programs.\nSupport leadership development and career growth initiatives.\nManage onboarding and orientation programs for new employees.\n5. Compensation & Benefits:\nDevelop and administer compensation and benefits programs.\nEnsure payroll coordination and benefits administration.\nConduct salary benchmarking and market analysis.\n6. HR Policies & Compliance:\nPerform monthly reconciliations between the customer ledger, bank statements, and the accounts receivable control listing.\nDevelop and implement HR policies and procedures.\nEnsure compliance with labor laws and company regulations.\nMaintain employee records and HR documentation.\n7.
