within the Veneer Interior at Hunter Group.\nThis role is responsible for strategic planning, operational excellence, and project oversight, ensuring all interior and furniture production projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.\nThe role also ensures process optimization, team leadership, and cross-department alignment to achieve business objectives and operational KPIs.\nJob Responsibilities:\nLead and manage the Operations & Project Department, including production, design, R&D, and project management team. \nDevelop and implement operational strategies and processes to optimize production, project delivery, and departmental efficiency. \nOversee all interior and furniture production projects, ensuring alignment with timelines, budgets, quality standards, and client expectations. \nPlan, allocate, and monitor resources (human, material, and equipment) for projects and operations across the BU. \nSet department KPIs and performance targets, monitor results, and ensure accountability across teams. \nCoordinate closely with Design, Production, and Installation teams to ensure smooth workflow and operational efficiency. \nIdentify operational risks and implement mitigation plans to prevent delays, cost overruns, or quality issues. \nDrive continuous improvement initiatives, including process optimization, cost reduction, and productivity enhancement. \nManage relationships with clients, suppliers, and key stakeholders to ensure expectations are met and operational standards are maintained. \nLead, mentor, and develop department staff, fostering a high-performance, collaborative, and results-driven culture.\nMain Requirement:\nBachelor's degree in interior design, Project Management, Engineering, or related field. \nMinimum 8 years of experience in operations and project management, with at least 4 years in a leadership role. \nProven experience managing multiple projects and operational teams in interior fit-out, furniture, or manufacturing environments. \nStrong knowledge of interior materials, veneer, production processes, and furniture manufacturing techniques. \nExcellent leadership, coordination, and team management skills, with the ability to align cross-functional teams. \nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with attention to detail and process orientation. \nStrategic mindset, results-driven, and a can-do attitude, with strong stakeholder and client communication
