We are looking for a Workday Associate Project Manager who is passionate about working in a collaborative environment and has the ambition to be a driver for success.\nRequirements (What We’re Looking For):\nWorkday HCM, FIN, Integrations, Payroll or PM Certification (Required)\n\nFluent in English (Required)\n\n1+ years' SaaS project management and/or software implementation consulting experience (Required)\n\nBachelor’s degree, preferable in Human Resources, Computer Science, Accounting/Finance, Computer Engineering, or related IT/Business discipline; or equivalent experience (Required)\n\nAdvanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint programs (Required)\n\nB1/B2 travel visa (Required)\n\nWorkday HCM, Payroll, Financials, or Adaptive certification/experience (Preferred)\n\nExperience using project management tools, Smartsheet (Preferred)\n\nExcellent organization, attention to detail, time management, business development and communication skills\n\nConsulting experience either as an internal Workday consultant or with a consulting/software company is preferred\n\nTravel 25%-45% at client request\n\nResponsibilities (What You’ll Do):\nManage all aspects of Phase X, Post Production, and Managed Services projects including project planning, resourcing, milestone tracking, commercial management and customer satisfaction simultaneously in a fast-paced environment\n\nSchedule and coordinate meetings, workshops and project related activities for customers and project teams related to Workday implementations.\n\nEnsure company compliance with client contracts and successfully execute the Statement of Work\n\nManage projects in the Workday HCM, Payroll or Financials product suite\n\nWork with TopBloc consultants to ensure projects are properly staffed and planned\n\nWork with the clients’ project managers to identify/resolve all issues that could impact project scope and/or time frames\n\nMaintain projects’ Workday Scorecard in accordance with Workday requirements\n\nWork with TopBloc Project Managers on management of all aspects of medium and large enterprise implementations\n\nLead clients through hypercare and transition to TopBloc’s Postproduction services team\n\nAdvise clients on Workday best practices\n\nAttend and successfully complete Workday Certification\n\nOccasional US travel may be required based on client needs and project demands\n\nPhysical Requirements:\nProlonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer\n\nBenefits
