We are looking for a Workday Data Consultant (experience level will determine job title) who is passionate about working in a collaborative environment and has the ambition to be a driver for success.\nRequirements (What We’re Looking For):\nWorkday HCM, FIN, or Payroll Certification (Required)\n\n1+ years experience working with Workday data conversion, data analysis, or ETL processes (Required)\n\nPractical experience handling data loads for HCM, Financials or Payroll (Required)\n\nSolid understanding of how to build, populate, and upload Workday inbound EIBs. (Required)\n\nFluent in English (Required)\n\nExperience developing and maintaining Workday reports (Required)\n\nExperience mapping, cleansing, and validating data from legacy systems for Workday (Required)\n\nProven experience managing end-to-end Workday data migration projects (Required)\n\nExperience mentoring and training consultants or team members (Required)\n\nPrior Workday configuration or functional experience (Preferred)\n\nPassion for exceptional customer service and customer collaboration\n\nAbility to manage multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously\n\nStrong communication skills, both written and oral\n\nAbility to interact and collaborate effectively with clients and co-workers in a positive manner that engenders confidence and trust\n\nGood problem solver with ability to consider alternative and diverse perspectives customer expectations\n\nRecommended internet bandwidth of 20Mbps\n\nResponsibilities (What You’ll Do):\nPrepare, format, and load data into Workday using standard migration tools, including EIBs (Enterprise Interface Builders) and iLoads.\n\nWork with project leads and client templates to map legacy source data into Workday data collection workbooks.\n\nRun validation cycles to identify, investigate, and fix data load errors, formatting issues, and reconciliation discrepancies.\n\nAssist in generating data reconciliation reports to prove data accuracy to the client and project team before go-live.\n\nCollaborate closely with functional consultants (HCM, Payroll, and Financials) to
