We are looking for a Senior, Principal or Managing Workday Integrations Consultant (experience level will determine job title) who is passionate about working in a collaborative environment and has the ambition to be a driver for success.\nRequirements (What We’re Looking For):\nWorkday Integrations Certification (Required)\n\nFluent in English (Required)\n\n1+ years experience implementing Workday Integration configurations for customers of all sizes, of increasing complexity levels (Required)\n\n1+ years experience in gathering requirements, design, prototype, and testing of Workday Integration solutions according to customer requirements (Required)\n\nB1/B2 travel visa (Strongly Preferred)\n\nExperience building and debugging Custom Reports, EIB’s, Connectors, Document Transforms, XSLT, and Workday Studio\n\nGeneral knowledge in all Workday functional areas\n\nPassion for exceptional customer service and customer collaboration\n\nAbility to manage multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously\n\nStrong communication skills, both written and oral\n\nAbility to interact and collaborate effectively with clients and co-workers in a positive manner that engenders confidence and trust\n\nGood problem solver with ability to consider alternative and diverse perspectives customer expectations\n\nResponsibilities (What You’ll Do):\nWork directly with clients to implement Workday Integration technology solutions into their business environments of increasing complexity levels with experience\n\nDeliver high-quality Workday solutions across multiple industries to meet clients’ business needs of increasing complexity levels with experience.\n\nDefine, build and implement HR processes and structure, in alignment with client’s business objectives and needs, enhancing clients’ experience and value of the Workday software of increasing complexity levels with experience.\n\nActively participate in internal training updates and opportunities to share one’s skills and learnings with others within the organization\n\nManage a team of consultants, guiding them through their Workday/professional development and handling escalations (Manager Level)\n\nUtilize Workday experience and knowledge to develop sales material and scope projects as needed by the sales team (Senior/Principal Level)\n\nOccasional US travel may be required based on
