We are looking for a Consultant II, Senior, Principal or Managing Workday Integrations Post Production Consultant (experience level will determine job title)who is passionate about working in a collaborative environment and has the ambition to be a driver for success.\nRequirements (What We’re Looking For):\nWorkday Integration Certification\n\n1+ years Workday Integration post-production support experience with a Workday partner, for customers of all sizes\n\nExperience building and debugging Custom Reports, EIB’s, Connectors, Document Transforms, XSLT, and Workday Studio\n\nAdvanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Excel\n\nPassion for exceptional customer service and customer collaboration\n\nAbility to prioritize and manage multiple client requests and/or tickets to meet customer deliverables\n\nStrong communication skills, both written and oral\n\nAbility to interact and collaborate effectively with clients and co-workers in a positive manner that engenders confidence and trust\n\nGood problem solver with ability to consider alternative and diverse perspectives\n\nResponsibilities (What You’ll Do):\nWork directly with clients to deliver high-quality Workday Integration solutions across multiple industries to meet, enhance and optimize the client’s business needs\n\nWork directly with clients, solving Workday Integration issues as they arise\n\nActively participate in internal training updates and opportunities to share one’s skills and learnings with others within the organization\n\nAssist with internal initiatives, as assigned, designed to improve the team, department or company\n\nManage a team of consultants, guiding them through their Workday/professional development and handling escalations (Manager Level)\n\nUtilize Workday experience and knowledge to develop sales material and scope projects as needed by the sales team (Senior/Principal Level)\n\nPhysical Requirements:\nProlonged periods of
