We are looking for a Workday Project Manager who is passionate about working in a collaborative environment and has the ambition to be a driver for success.\nRequirements (What We’re Looking For):\nWorkday Project Management certification (Required)\n\nFluent in English (Required)\n\n2+ years’ experience project managing concurrent Workday HCM implementations for medium or large enterprise organizations with a Workday partner firm (Required)\n\nWorkday HCM, Payroll, Financials, or Adaptive certification (Required)\n\nAdvanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint programs (Required)\n\nB1/B2 travel visa (Strongly Preferred)\n\nExperience using project management tools, Smartsheet (Preferred)\n\nConsulting experience either as an internal Workday consultant or with a consulting/software company (Preferred)\n\nPassion for exceptional customer service and customer collaboration\n\nAbility to manage multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously\n\nStrong communication skills, both written and oral\n\nAbility to interact and collaborate effectively with clients and co-workers in a positive manner that engenders confidence and trust\n\nGood problem solver with ability to consider alternative and diverse perspectives customer expectations\n\nResponsibilities (What You’ll Do):\nManage the implementation of multiple Medium Enterprise Workday projects and initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced environment\n\nWork with TopBloc consultants to ensure projects are properly staffed and delivered\n\nParticipate in the sales cycle including but not limited to gathering requirements and helping with SOWs\n\nEnsure company compliance with client contracts and successfully execute the Statement of Work\n\nWork with the clients project managers to identify/resolve all issues that could impact project scope and/or time frames\n\nLead clients through hypercare and transition to TopBloc’s Postproduction services team\n\nEstablish priorities, work independently, and proceed with objectives without supervision\n\nAdvise clients on Workday best practices\n\nOccasional US travel
