We are looking for a Workday Testing Consultant who is passionate about working in a collaborative environment and has the ambition to be a driver for success.\nRequirements (What We're Looking For):\nBachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Information Systems, Accounting/Finance, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Required)\nFluent in English (Required)\nB1/B2 travel visa (Required)\nKnowledge of project management technique, concepts, and tools (Required)\nAdvanced knowledge of Google Suite, Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint programs (Required)\nSystem implementations experience with Workday or HCM system (Preferred)\nExperience with Smartsheet (Preferred)\nPrior consulting experience either as an Workday consultant or with a consulting/software company (Preferred) \nExcellent organization, time management, business development, communication skills (written and oral), and ability to operate autonomously \nAbility to manage multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously\nStrong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral\nAbility to interact and collaborate effectively with clients and co-workers in a positive manner that engenders confidence and trust\nGood problem solver with ability to consider alternative and diverse perspectives\nResponsibilities (What You’ll Do):\nSimultaneously manage testing activities for multiple Workday projects in a fast-paced environment\nAlongside the clients project managers and/or client test lead, develop and execute a test strategy and test plans for each testing stage of the Workday methodology \nPlan, schedule and track testing timelines and milestones using project management tools\nEstablish metrics and dashboards using established TopBloc processes \nPublish test execution, defect summary and daily/weekly status report to all the stakeholder\nGenerates reports, correspondence, and presentation materials, spreadsheets and graphics and other similar materials using TopBloc tools and systems\nCoordinate the scheduling and administration of testing with client counterparts\nWork with TopBloc consultants to ensure timely resolution of testing issues \nResponsible for day-to-day management and escalation of testing status, monitoring of testing progress and escalation to project manager as appropriate for resolution \nInteract with colleagues, managers and clients face to face related to testing milestones and deliverables\nAdapt to job requirement changes as the department grows\nAttend Workday HCM training and become Workday certified\nOccasional US travel may be required based on client needs and project demands\nPhysical Requirements:\nProlonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on
