RBDL/Pinocchio 库，熟悉 FOC 电机控制与减速器特性。 \n\n3、具备强化学习实践经验（熟悉 DQN/PPO/SAC，能基于 PyTorch/TensorFlow 开发）。 \n\n4、掌握 LQR/MPC/WBC 建模求解，熟悉 QP 方法及 OSQP/qpOASES 求解器。 \n\n5、熟悉主流机器人仿真软件，如 NVIDIA Isaac Sim、mujoco、raisim、gazebo、pybullet、vrep 等。 \n\n6、具备问题解决能力与英文文献阅读能力，团队协作意识强。\n\n加分项：\n\n在机器人、强化学习、运动控制相关顶会 / 期刊（ICRA/IROS/RSS/CoRL/TRO 等）有论文发表、在投或参与工作，能够独立复现领域经典论文算法。\n\n四足 / 腿足机器人运动控制、强化学习方向毕业论文，熟悉领域前沿研究思路优先。\n\n持续跟踪腿足机器人前沿文献，可复现论文仿真环境、控制框架，并验证论文核心结论。\n\n拥有模型控制与强化学习融合（Model-based
