The role is responsible for executing product strategies, driving roadmap implementation, managing the product lifecycle, and ensuring product competitiveness and profitability through cross-functional coordination and data-driven decision-making.\n% Time\nCore Job Duties\nJob Level**\n30% Product Roadmap Execution\nImplement product strategies and roadmaps defined by the Product Platform Owner.\nCoordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely and effective delivery of roadmap milestones.\n20% Product Lifecycle Management\nOversee day-to-day product lifecycle activities, including new product launches, product updates, and end-of-life transitions.\nEnsure alignment with market needs and customer requirements.\n20% Business Performance & Financial Tracking\nMonitor product performance indicators, including revenue, margins, costs, and competitiveness.\nSupport pricing recommendations and profitability improvement initiatives.\n15% Cross-Functional Collaboration\nAct as the interface between Product Creation, Product Supply, Marketing, and Sales Units.\nDrive coordination to ensure high-quality execution across functions.\n15% Market and Customer Insight\nAnalyze customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities.\nProvide recommendations to shape product positioning and portfolio decisions.\nScope and Impact\nGeographic Scope:\nGlobal - responsibilities extend across multiple regions and markets worldwide.\nDecision-making Authority:\nModerate - Approves operational plans, manages defined budgets, and adapts tactics within established guidelines.\nBudget Responsibility: Indirect - Provides input into budget decisions, advises on cost optimization, or recommends investments, without direct control.\nProduct Scope: Responsible for one or more products within the Product Platform.\nManagement Responsibilities:\nA manager of people has direct reports and spends a significant amount of time managing those reports.
