Solutions Is Our Middle Name. \nSummary:\nProvide technical support to customers and end-users of our products. This is an entry-level position that offers hands-on training in product diagnostics, troubleshooting, repairs, calibration, and customer support. The successful candidate will be mechanically inclined, eager to learn, and interested in developing a career in technical service and electronics repair.\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities:\nDiagnose, test, troubleshoot, and perform bench repairs on returned products.\n\nAssistcustomers with the operation and troubleshooting of products.\n\nCommunicate with customers via phone and email to provide technical support and assistance.\n\nProcess customer orders, parts requests, service records, and work orders.\n\nEnter information into company systems, bill completedwork, andmaintain service logs and departmental records.\n\nCalibrate, clean, inspect, and prepare products for return to customers.\n\nParticipate in ongoing technical training to develop product knowledge and repair skills.\n\nPerform other duties as assigned.\n\nRequirements and Skills:\nAssociatedegree in Electronicsorrelated technical field, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experienceis a plus.\n\nEntry-level candidates are encouraged to apply. Prior professional repair experience is notrequired.\n\nInterestin electronics, mechanical systems, troubleshooting, and hands-on technical work.\n\nAbility and willingness to learn how to read and interpret schematics.\n\nAbility and willingness to learn the use of test equipment such as digital multimeters, oscilloscopes, and other diagnostic tools.\n\nBasic soldering experience or willingness to learn.\n\nGeneral computer skills, including Microsoft Office and data entry in an ERP or business system.\n\nStrong customer service and communication skills.\n\nStrong organizational skills and attention to detail.\n\nPositive attitude, dependable work ethic, and eagerness to learn.\n\nCareer Development: This position is designed as an entry point into our technical service team.
