As TOPdesk grows, we expect more markets to join your remit.\n What you'll do\nOwn PR strategy and execution across the Netherlands, Germany and the UK, adapting your approach to the maturity and media landscape of each market.\nBuild and strengthen relationships with relevant technology, trade and business media across our key markets.\nTurn TOPdesk's positioning - including our approach to “AI you can trust” - into compelling media stories, thought leadership, bylines and interview opportunities.\nSupport and prepare our Executive Team for interviews, panels and speaking opportunities, from messaging and talking points to preparation and follow-up.\nLead communications around key TOPdesk moments, including events, product announcements and our evolving AI roadmap.\nPartner closely with Internal Communications so our employees understand the story we're telling externally - and why.\nManage PR agencies and freelance partners across markets, setting clear priorities and ensuring high-quality, locally relevant execution.\nBuild a meaningful approach to PR measurement, focusing on share of voice, quality of coverage, message pull-through and business relevance, rather than simply counting media mentions.\nAdapt messaging and tone to different European audiences without losing TOPdesk's global positioning.\nHelp build a scalable European PR playbook as additional markets join the remit.\n We're looking for someone who combines strategic communications thinking with a willingness to stay close to execution.\nWhat you'll need\nSignificant experience in PR, external communications or corporate communications, ideally within B2B SaaS, enterprise software or technology. 10+ years of experience is preferred.\nA strong track record of managing communications across multiple markets or international audiences.\nStrong experience building media relationships in at least one of our key European markets - the Netherlands, Germany or the UK - and an understanding of how PR approaches differ between markets.\nExperience translating complex technology or product developments into stories that journalists and business audiences genuinely care about.\nConfidence advising and preparing C-suite executives and senior leaders for media interviews, panels and speaking engagements.\nA strong understanding of how PR and earned media contribute to AI search and discovery (AEO/GEO).\nExcellent English communication and writing skills.\nExperience managing PR agencies, freelancers or other external communications partners.\nThe ability to build structure where it doesn't yet exist - from media strategy and messaging frameworks to measurement and ways of working.\nNice to have\nKnowledge of the German B2B technology and business media landscape, as Germany is key growth market.\nExperience communicating around AI, enterprise software, ITSM or digital transformation.\nGerman or Dutch language skills would be a strong advantage.\nWhat makes this role different\nYou'll join at a point where there is real opportunity to shape how TOPdesk shows up across Europe.\nRather than inheriting a finished PR playbook, you'll have the space to build one: deciding where we focus, which relationships matter and how we turn our technology, people and perspective into stories worth telling.\nYou'll work directly with senior leaders, influence how we communicate our approach to AI, and help strengthen TOPdesk's reputation across three very different European markets.\nAnd as our international presence grows, so will the scope of this role.\nIf you enjoy combining strategy, storytelling, media relationships and hands-on execution, we'd love to hear from you.\nWhat we offer\nCompetitive base salary and profit share scheme \nHybrid, flexible working and healthy work-life balance \nLearning budget equivalent to 10% of your basic salary \nGenerous pension scheme with company contributions up to 8% \nEnhanced maternity & paternity leave \nPrivate health insurance options \nCycle-to-work scheme and techscheme \n15 fully paid sick days, 5 days paid parental/carer leave, and 2 volunteering days \n26 days of paid annual leave (plus public holidays) and your birthday off!
