If you want to help build something exceptional, you'll feel at home here.\nThe Opportunity\nThis role is an opportunity to:\nJoin a rapidly growing national firm at a formative stage\nMake a visible, measurable impact on a rapidly growing business\nGrow your skills, responsibility, and influence as the firm scales\nWork alongside high-caliber, mission-driven teammates who care deeply about doing great work\nWe are looking for people who don’t just want a job, they want purpose and impact.\nWhat You Will Own\nIn this role, you will be responsible for:\nWork directly with Settlement Supervisors to process settlement files from case resolution through final distribution.\nConfirm provider and lien balances as directed and accurately document the file\nTrack case progress and follow up on outstanding items to ensure timely resolution\nCommunicate with providers, attorneys, lienholders, and third parties for requests and provide settlement status\nEnsure compliance with firm policies, regulatory requirements, and ethical standards\nMaintain organized and complete settlement files in case management systems\nCollaborate with finance and legal teams to ensure compliance and accurate disbursement. \nIdentifying opportunities to improve systems, processes, or outcomes-not just following existing playbooks\nAt TopDog Law, everyone is expected to think critically, communicate clearly, and take ownership of their work.\nWhat You Bring\nRequired:\n2+ years of experience in legal settlements, personal injury, or litigation support\nStrong knowledge of lien resolution, settlement statements, and disbursement processes\nExcellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail\nAbility to manage deadlines and multiple cases in a fast-paced environment\nStrong written and verbal communication skills\nProficiency in case management and financial systems\nStrong communication skills-written and verbal\nAbility to think critically, prioritize effectively, and execute with speed\nPreferred (Nice to Have):\nExperience in a fast-growing or high-volume environment\nComfort with ambiguity and evolving systems\nExperience in legal, professional services, or client-centric organizations\nWho Thrives Here (Core Values)\nWe don't hire on resumes alone.
