много возможностей для тестов и поиска новых creative patterns.\n\n Сильную команду маркетинга и дизайна, с которой можно вместе выстраивать новый подход к creative production.\n\n Возможность удалённой работы из любой точки мира и гибкий подход к рабочему процессу.\n\n Обязанности:\n Построить с нуля pipeline performance-креативов: идея → production → запуск → анализ → новая гипотеза.\n\n Следить за конкурентами и трендами и превращать их в новые creative hypotheses.\n\n Делать статику, motion и short-form video под разные каналы, страны и языки.\n\n Использовать AI и автоматизацию, чтобы быстрее производить и тестировать больше креативов.\n\n Работать вместе с performance-командой: разбирать результаты, находить работающие связки и масштабировать их.\n\n Требования: Сильный visual taste + performance mindset.\n\n Умение декомпозировать креатив и понимать, что именно нужно тестировать.\n\n Понимание Meta/Google и ключевых performance-метрик.\n\n Навык работы с AI-инструментами и автоматизации production.\n\n Умение самостоятельно пройти путь от идеи до готового креатива.\n\n Хорошая насмотренность в travel / mobility / e-commerce будет большим плюсом.\n\n Опыт с motion, video и массовой локализацией -
