The Finance Manager will also play a pivotal role in shaping the Group’s financial strategy, supporting sustainable growth, optimizing financial performance, and enabling sound, data-driven decision-making across all business units.\nKey Responsibilities\nFinancial Leadership and Strategy\nLead the Finance function across all Group entities.\nProvide strategic financial advice to the CEO/Group CEO, executive management and the Board.\nSupport strategic planning and business decisions through financial analysis and insights.\nDrive financial efficiency, cost optimisation and sustainable business growth.\nFinancial Reporting and Consolidation\nPrepare accurate monthly, quarterly and annual financial and management reports.\nPrepare consolidated financial statements for the Group.\nOversee inter-company accounting and reconciliations across all entities.\nEnsure the accuracy, completeness and timeliness of financial information.\nBudgeting and Financial Planning\nOversee budgeting, forecasting, financial planning and cash flow management.\nMonitor financial performance against budgets and provide variance analysis.\nDevelop financial forecasts to support business planning and decision-making.\nCompliance, Governance and Risk Management\nEnsure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.\nManage taxation, treasury and working capital.\nStrengthen financial controls, governance and risk management.\nEnsure adherence to applicable International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).\nTeam Leadership and Development\nLead, mentor and develop the Finance team.\nEstablish clear performance expectations and accountability.\nDrive operational excellence and continuous improvement within the Finance function.\nRequirements\nBachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or a related field.\nMinimum of 8 years' progressive experience in Finance and Accounting with at least 5 years in a Management or Senior Finance leadership role.\nExperience working within a Group of Companies comprising multiple legal entities is essential.\nDemonstrated experience preparing consolidated financial statements.\nStrong knowledge of IFRS, taxation, budgeting, treasury management, internal controls and financial reporting.\nExperience managing intercompany transactions and multi-entity financial reporting.\nProven leadership and people management skills.\nStrong analytical, strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.\nHigh integrity, with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.\nExperience with ERP/accounting systems such as Sage, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle or similar.\nProfessional qualification such as ACCA, CIMA, CA Zambia, CPA or equivalent.\nMembership with the Zambia Institute of Chartered Accountants (ZICA).\nHow to Apply\nInterested candidates should submit there applications before 16th October 2026.
