The Systems Administrator will be be responsible for designing, organising, modifying, and supporting the technology systems in the organisation.\nKey Responsibilities\nAdminister servers, laptop and desktop computers, printers, company mobile phones, smartphones, software deployment, security updates and patches \nEnsure all servers are backed-up and replication is consistent to maintain data integrity \nManage selected cloud solutions. \nManage server resources on the Storage Area Network (SAN) \nMaintain the essentials such as operating systems, business applications, security tools, active directory, email \nEnsure design of systems to allow all components to work properly together \nMake recommendations for future upgrades in line with modern trends. \nMaintain network and system security.\nTroubleshoot problems reported by users and analyse and isolate issues \nEvaluate and modify system’s performance \nMaintain network facilities in individual machines, such as drivers and settings of personal computers as well as printers \nMaintain integrity of the network, server deployment, and security \nDesign and deploy networks; Maintain network servers such as file servers, and VPN gateways \nAssign configuration of authentication and authorisation of directory services \nRequirements\nGrade 12 Certificate \nBachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent \nMember of the Information and Communications Technology Association of Zambia (ICTAZ)\nMicrosoft Certified Professional or relevant IT Certification \nNot less than four (4) years of relevant IT experience at a similar level in an organisation of similar size.\nHow to Apply\nHow to apply Interested candidates should submit their application before 06th November 2026.
