The Agronomy Intern will be responsible for leading and supporting field-based agronomy activities by selecting suitable trial sites and cooperators, establishing and managing research and agronomy trials, collecting and reporting data, and supporting demonstration plots and product launches. The role also involves quality control, harvesting assistance, supporting sales representatives and customers, providing technical support to emerging farmers, and promoting value-adding partnerships and collaborations.\nKey Responsibilities\nSite / Cooperator Selection\nEstablish and manage agronomy trials \nCollect data in Impact (Research) and agronomy trials \nSupport high ticket expo plots and product launch sites\nInspect and report quality of demos and trials established by Sales Representative\nAssist in harvesting agronomy trials\nTraining of Sales Representative and customers\nIdentify and give agronomy support to emergent farmers\nParticipate / Promote value adding collaborations / Partnerships\nRequirements\nBachelors Degree in Agronomy, Agriculture, or a related field.\n0 - 1 year working experience\nGood analytical skills\nGood knowledge of agronomy\nGood communication and interpersonal skills\nMust have drivers license\nMember Of Agricultural Institute of Zambia (AIZ) is an added advantage \nHow to Apply\nInterested candidates should submit their application by the 23rd October 2026.
