The Store Manager will be responsible for driving sales performance, delivering an exceptional customer experience, managing store operations, maintaining inventory accuracy, and leading and developing the store team.\nKey Responsibilities\nSales & Commercial Performance\nTake full responsibility for achieving and exceeding store sales targets.\nMonitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance and take corrective action where required.\nDrive the team to achieve individual and store sales targets.\nMonitor key store KPIs and use performance insights to improve results.\nMaintain strong commercial awareness of sales, margins, stock performance, and profitability.\nIdentify opportunities to increase sales, customer engagement, and store performance.\nCustomer Service\nEnsure consistently high standards of customer service and customer engagement.\nLead by example in creating a welcoming and positive shopping experience.\nHandle customer concerns and complaints professionally and effectively.\nBuild strong customer relationships and encourage repeat business.\nTeam Leadership & Development\nSet clear expectations and ensure team members understand their responsibilities and targets.\nMonitor individual and team performance and provide regular feedback.\nCreate a positive, energetic, and performance-driven team environment.\nManage staff attendance, punctuality, discipline, and adherence to company standards.\nStore & Stock Management\nTake ownership of the day-to-day operation and overall performance of the store Maintain high standards of inventory accuracy and stock availability.\nEnsure company policies, procedures, and operational standards are consistently followed.\nMaintain high standards of store cleanliness, organization, and presentation.\nEnsure the store operates efficiently and professionally at all times.\nMonitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment.\nEnsure stock is properly organized and maintained in the stockroom and on the shop floor.\nReporting & Administration\nEnsure accurate completion of required store reports and documentation.\nUse POS and retail management systems effectively.\nEnsure cash handling and other administrative procedures are followed correctly.\nMaintain accurate records in accordance with company requirements.\nRequirements\nDiploma/Degree in Business Administration or Operations Management\nExperience: 2-3 years of experience in fashion retail, preferably in a similar Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager role.\nSelf-Motivated, Proactive & Energetic: Takes ownership, demonstrates initiative, and works with a positive and energetic attitude.\nSales-Oriented: Strong focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.\nCustomer-Focused: Good understanding of customer service, customer engagement, and relationship building.\nGoal-Oriented: Ability to set priorities and achieve goals within agreed deadlines.\nCommercial Awareness: Good understanding of sales, margins, stock management, profitability, and store KPIs.\nComputer Skills: Comfortable working with POS/retail systems, Microsoft Office, and basic reporting tools.\nVisual Merchandising: Basic understanding of VM standards and ability to ensure proper implementation on the shop floor.\nHow to Apply\nInterested candidates should submit there applications before 30th October 2026.
