Je werkt nauw samen met de Group Controller en fungeert als diens inhoudelijke sparringpartner en back-up. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de volledige afsluitings- en consolidatiecyclus op groepsniveau en zorgt ervoor dat financiële informatie tijdig, volledig en betrouwbaar beschikbaar is.\nDaarnaast ondersteun je bij externe audits, werk je met complexe verslaggevingsvraagstukken zoals IFRS, iXBRL en Purchase Price Allocations (PPA), en analyseer je financiële resultaten om management en directie van waardevolle inzichten te voorzien. Bij acquisities speel je een actieve rol in de financiële integratie van nieuwe ondernemingen binnen de Topicus-groep. Ook denk je mee over procesverbeteringen en innovaties waarmee we onze financiële organisatie slimmer en efficiënter kunnen inrichten.\nMinimaal 5 jaar relevante werkervaring in een financial control-, accounting- of consolidatierol.\nEen afgeronde hbo- of wo-opleiding in Accountancy, Bedrijfseconomie, Finance of vergelijkbaar.\nErvaring met consolidaties, groepsrapportages en financiële analyses binnen een grotere of complexe organisatie.\nKennis van IFRS, auditprocessen en financiële compliancevraagstukken.\nEen zelfstandige, analytische en proactieve werkhouding, gecombineerd met goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal.\nWil jij een sleutelrol spelen in de financiële beheersing van een snelgroeiende organisatie en bijdragen aan de verdere professionalisering van Finance binnen Topicus?
