Responsibilities\n1、负责AIV液压系统的方案规划、原理设计、油路逻辑匹配，完成系统仿真计算、压力流量校核，输出液压系统的三维模型、工程图纸、产品设计说明书、安装调试说明书、试验规范等，配合整机台架试验、整机调试、性能校验。\n2、开展液压零部件选型工作，对接供应商完成零部件技术确认、参数核对与落地适配。\n3、负责售后技术服务与故障处理，主导液压系统故障复盘、技术优化与可靠性提升工作。\n4、熟悉博世力士乐、伊顿、丹佛斯、恒立液压等国内外主流液压供应商的产品系列、性能参数、适配场景及迭代特性，结合AIV设备智能化、节能化、国产化发展趋势，为公司AIV液压系统方案优化、产品升级提供专业研判与技术支撑。\n5、负责液压系统零部件全流程质量管理，针对零部件质量缺陷、适配问题，制定整改及预防措施。\n6、参与液压系统供应商日常管理工作，建立并维护供应商技术档案、产品选型库，开展供应商技术对接、资质核验、产品性能评估、售后配合情况评估等工作，优化供应商合作体系。\n7、参与液压系统零部件采购相关工作，结合项目需求编制系统或零部件SOR，配合采购部门完成询价比价、技术谈判、样品确认、订单技术对接，保障零部件采购合规、适配精准、交付可控。\n8、对接结构、电控、工艺团队协同完成整机研发落地。\n任职要求 / Requirements\n1、本科及以上学历，211及以上重点大学优先，流体传动与控制、液压工程、机械设计等相关专业，专业基础扎实。\n2、5年及以上行走机械液压系统完整设计经验，具有AGV/IGV液压转向、液压制动系统开发经验者优先。\n3、独立或主导完成2个以上同类行走设备液压系统完整项目，精通行走液压回路逻辑、蓄能制动回路、转向控制回路设计，熟悉液压系统仿真、压力流量校核及可靠性设计。\n4、具备扎实的三维设计能力，熟练使用CATIA软件，可独立完成液压泵站、阀组、管路、附属配件的三维建模、布局设计与结构开发。\n5、熟悉国内外主流液压供应商产品体系、性能差异、适配场景及供应链特点，具备行业技术趋势研判能力，能够结合AGV设备应用场景，输出液压系统优化、技术迭代及国产化替代的专业建议。\n6、具备较强的现场问题排查与动手能力，能够深入项目现场开展故障诊断、调试整改与售后技术支持。\n7、具备良好的跨部门沟通、供应商对接与项","description_format":"text","description_chars":978,"description_truncated":false,"requirements":{"experience_years_min":null,"management_years_min":null,"team_size_min":null,"manages_managers":false,"education":null,"security_clearance":false,"languages":[{"language":"Chinese","level":"Advanced
