牵头矿区、港口现场及售后电子附件质量问题的根因分析与闭环（8D）。\n6. 结合自动驾驶功能需求（灯光策略、远程控制、人机交互提示、故障告警等），定义电子附件与整车控制器、自动驾驶系统的电气接口与交互逻辑。\n7. 推动电子附件的平台化、标准化与成本优化（VAVE），建立并维护电子附件选型规范与平台零件库\n任职要求 / Requirements\n1. 本科及以上学历，电气工程、电子信息、自动化、车辆工程、机电一体化等相关专业; \n2．3年以上商用车或工程机械或特种车辆的汽车电子电器附件开发经验，有AGV/IGV相关开发经验者优先; \n3．熟悉开关、灯具、显示屏等电子附件的结构原理、电气特性及整车匹配方法; 了解车灯、电器类相关法规标准（如GB 4599、ECE R112等）者优先; \n4．熟悉整车低压电气系统（12V/24V）与CAN总线通信，具备电气原理图设计能力发; \n5．熟练使用AutoCAD、EPLAN、CATIA等设计工具中的一种或多种;
