\n5. 具备Linux系统下的开发经验; 具有扎实的编程功底以及代码实现能力，精通基于c++/Python的算法开发; \n6. 满足如下条件可优先考虑：具备自动驾驶运动规划研发经验或量产经验，曾独立负责或深度参与过横向规划特性开发; 曾在自动驾驶决策与运动规划领域内顶级期刊或会议发表论文; 在知名比赛中取得优异成绩; \n7. 英语CET-6级或以上，口语流利，能阅读外文资料; \n8. 追求卓越，有很强的自我驱动能力和学习能力，并有强烈意愿将技术转化为实际产品;
