负责月度运营对账、开票及回款追踪，负责场景运营相关支出确认，对影响场景经济性指标不达标项进行深度分析、制定行动方案和落地计划，并及时提请上级管理组织确认、批准后实施。\n4） 负责运营现场的安全工作，全面落实公司安委会相关要求。\n5） 负责现场运营团队的能力建设和文化建设，建立相应的考核制度、带教和培训机制。\n6） 负责客户关系维护，积极争取更多业务和政策。\n7） 负责落实领导交办的临时任务。\n任职要求 / Requirements\n1） 本科及以上学历，理工科、物流、贸易等相关专业，3年以上相关工作经验，有港口、矿山或园区自动驾驶场景运营管理工作经验并得到公司认可者可适当放宽学历、专业要求。\n2） 具备对负责场景的团队、业务、资产、维保、异常事件等方面的管理和处置能力，需具备一定的问题分析、协调解决及计划管理能力。\n3） 有良好的沟通交流、协调能力，能站在公司立场，解决用户合理诉求。\n4） 面对不断增加的新业务和新技术要求，须具备持续学习提升能力，以满足公司业务发展需要。\n5）
