Think travel pack-outs, airport carry-on tests, fit checks and product deep dives.\nYou'll concept, shoot, edit and iterate short-form video and photo built for performance. Paid social is your first customer: you'll work with our Senior Paid Media Manager to turn ad data into new hooks, angles and variations, then do it again next week. You'll also feed our organic channels through briefs from the Social & Community Manager.\nExperience & Education Requirements\n3+ years creating short-form video content, with a portfolio of UGC-style work\nBachelor’s degree in related field preferred\nProven experience making content for paid social (Meta, TikTok), with results you can point to\nWorking knowledge of how creative drives hook rate, hold rate, CTR, CVR, CPA and ROAS\nStrong editing skills in CapCut, Edits, Premiere, Final Cut or similar\nComfortable shooting on your own, phone-first, and on camera when needed\nDTC ecommerce experience preferred; outdoor, travel, bags or apparel strongly preferred\nSkills & Qualifications\nHooks and angles: Can turn one product brief into 5-10 distinct concepts\nNative editing: Edits for each platform's format, pacing, captions and sound\nTest-and-learn mindset: Reads performance data, kills losers fast, scales winners\nOn-camera ease: Natural in front of the lens, and good at directing friends, staff and customers\nProduct storytelling: Makes features (pockets, materials, carry-on fit) feel useful and real\nOrganization: Keeps a clean, tagged content library and version tracking\nSpeed: Ships multiple finished assets every week without losing quality\nKey Responsibilities\nPaid social creative (about 70% of time)\nCreate UGC-style, testimonial, product demo and lifestyle content for Meta, TikTok, Pinterest and YouTube ads\nProduce multiple variations of each concept to test hooks, angles, messaging and CTAs\nPartner with the Senior Paid Media Manager on a weekly test plan and read results together\nIterate fast on winning formats and build repeatable, scalable templates\nOptimize every asset for hook rate, hold rate, CTR and conversion\nOrganic content (about 30% of time)\nCreate posts, reels and stories from briefs written by the Social Media & Community Manager\nCapture behind-the-scenes, team and product drop content\nDirect and shoot phone-style content at all lifestyle and studio photoshoots for behind the scenes, fit check and brand storytelling content with on-set talent.\nContent operations\nMaintain an organized, searchable content library with version tracking\nCoordinate with the creative team so UGC-style work complements brand campaign content\nStay current on platform trends, creator best practices and new ad formats\nHow to apply\nPlease include a link to a portfolio or reel with short-form video examples in your resume, including paid social work, and brief notes on your role in each piece and any results (hook rate, CTR, CPA, ROAS).
