# Electro Mechanic

Position: Electro Mechanic (Days & NightsShifts Available) Location: Elk Grove Village Shift: 5:45 AM - 6:15 PM OR 5:45 PM - 6:15 AM | 12-hour continental schedule (3 days one week, 4 days the next, off every other weekend) Pay Rate: $37.43 - $39.85/hour (depending on experience) + ($2.00 shift differential if applicable) Summary Description While reporting to the Plant Engineer or Maintenance Supervisor, this role is responsible for performing proactive maintenance tasks necessary to provide high-quality, efficient, and timely shipment of TOPPAN products. Safety, quality, productivity, and strong work ethic are central to the TOPPAN culture. What You’ll Be Doing Understand and follow plant safety rules including lockout/tagout (LOTO) and safe machine operation Read and interpret electrical blueprints, wiring diagrams, schematics, specifications, and technical data Work on motors, contactors, and relays using a multimeter to verify component functionality Operate advanced shop equipment such as band saws, mills, and lathes Maintain chillers, process pumps, compressors, ink pumps, and glue pumps Analyze and resolve mechanical and electrical equipment issues Troubleshoot and repair e
