This role plays a key part in keeping production running efficiently while maintaining a strong focus on safety, organization, and quality.\nWhat You’ll Be Doing\nLoad and unload incoming and outgoing materials and products\n\nPerform roll splice operations\n\nChange and empty Gaylords and transport them to staging areas\n\nInspect regrind material for contamination and ensure proper labeling\n\nDrain cyclones and socks to prevent material backup\n\nStage rolls into roll carts and maintain proper material flow\n\nOperate forklifts, tugs, and pallet jacks safely\n\nDemonstrate knowledge of raw material types and handling procedures\n\nFollow all plant safety rules and guidelines\n\nWork closely with team members to meet production demands\n\nPerform additional duties as assigned by leadership\n\nWe’d Love to Hear From You If\nYou can sit or stand for extended periods (up to 8 hours)\n\nYou can lift up to 50 lbs as needed\n\nYou are comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with varying temperatures\n\nYou have or are willing to wear steel-toe footwear\n\nYou have experience in manufacturing (food, paper, plastic, or metal preferred)\n\nYou have forklift experience in a manufacturing setting (2-3 years preferred)\n\nYou have strong communication skills and work well in a team environment\n\nYou are reliable and able to work overtime or weekends as needed\n\nBenefits\nAt TOPPAN Packaging Americas, we offer a comprehensive Total Rewards package designed to support overall wellbeing.
