Reporting to the Warehouse Lead, this position is responsible for safely operating forklifts and other material handling equipment to move raw materials, finished goods, and supplies throughout the facility. This role ensures materials are accurately received, stored, staged, and shipped while maintaining a safe, organized, and efficient warehouse environment.\nWhat You'll Be Doing\nPrepare customer orders for shipment according to company procedures and customer requirements.\nVerify product quantities, item numbers, labels, packaging, and shipping documentation before shipment.\nPrint, review, and attach shipping labels, packing slips, bills of lading, and other required paperwork.\nSchedule or coordinate carrier pickups with freight companies and transportation providers.\nStage, organize, and load outbound shipments in designated dock and carrier locations.\nUpdate shipment status, tracking information, and inventory records within warehouse or ERP systems.\nMove raw materials, finished goods, packaging supplies, and inventory throughout the facility.\nSupply production lines and work areas with the correct materials to support manufacturing operations.\nLoad and unload trucks, trailers, pallets, carts, and containers safely and efficiently.\nStage materials for production, shipping, receiving, and quality inspection.\nVerify item numbers, lot numbers, quantities, labels, and product condition before storage or movement.\nOperate forklifts, pallet jacks, hand trucks, and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.\nRecord inventory movements, transfers, receipts, and location changes accurately.\nAssist with cycle counts, inventory reconciliation, and warehouse audits.\nSupport receiving by transporting incoming materials to inspection, staging, or storage locations.\nSupport production by delivering materials and removing finished goods or excess materials.\nMaintain organized warehouse aisles, racks, dock areas, and shipping locations.\nFollow all company safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment.\nPerform other duties as assigned.\nWe'd Love to Hear From You If\nYou are able to speak, read, and write English.\nYou have warehouse experience (preferred).\nYou have experience operating Toyota sit-down LP forklifts.\nYou have experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and customer shipping portals.\nYou have experience with FedEx and UPS shipping procedures.\nYou understand work orders, inventory control processes, receiving documents, and shipping documentation.\nYou have strong attention to detail and can work accurately in a high-volume manufacturing environment.\nYou can safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, scales, and other warehouse equipment.\nYou can successfully pass both the forklift written and driving evaluations and possess a valid driver's license.\nYou are dependable, punctual, and safety-focused.\nYou are able to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and more than 50 pounds occasionally.\nYou are comfortable sitting, standing, and walking for extended periods throughout your shift.\nQualifications\nHigh school diploma or GED preferred but not required.
