The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure raw materials, cartons, and pallets are staged and available for production. This position also supports customer shipments by ensuring finished goods are processed, scanned, staged, and shipped accurately and on time.\nWhat You'll Be Doing\nRun the TEQ Plant schedule for the shipping dock.\nStage raw materials, cartons, and pallets in designated production staging areas.\nReview and interpret pick tickets to identify customer shipping specifications.\nEnsure finished goods are properly wrapped and palletized.\nStage finished goods accurately and on schedule for customer shipments.\nAccurately scan finished goods and raw materials to their final destination.\nMove pallets and pull inventory for shipping requirements.\nComplete receiving activities according to established receiving procedures.\nLoad and unload trucks safely and efficiently.\nAssist other departments as needed.\nMaintain warehouse organization and cleanliness.\nPerform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.\nWe'd Love to Hear From You If\nYou have experience with pallet jacks, warehouse operations, or forklifts.\nYou have warehouse, shipping, or receiving experience.\nYou have experience accurately scanning and tracking inventory or raw materials.\nYou possess strong written and verbal communication skills.\nYou have strong attention to detail and organizational skills.\nYou have basic math and computer skills.\nYou are a problem solver who can work independently and as part of a team.\nHigh school diploma or GED preferred but not required.
