This role ensures materials are accurately staged, safely transported, and available to support production schedules while maintaining inventory accuracy and warehouse organization.\nSuccess in this role requires a strong commitment to safety, excellent forklift skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.\nWhat You'll Be Doing\nFollow all plant and division safety rules, policies, and procedures at all times.\nPerform all job duties in accordance with required safety practices and designated Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).\nMaintain Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and housekeeping standards throughout the warehouse.\nComplete forklift inspections at the beginning of each shift.\nLocate, stage, and supply raw materials for scheduled press jobs.\nLoad and unload trucks safely and efficiently.\nVerify incoming and outgoing materials against bills of lading, packaging lists, and shipping documentation.\nMaintain an organized warehouse by staging materials according to production jobs.\nInspect trailers and trucks for cleanliness and safe operating conditions before loading or unloading.\nVerify returned raw materials and rolls are properly tagged, palletized, and returned to warehouse inventory.\nEnsure rejected materials are palletized and returned to designated warehouse locations.\nAssist with raw material and finished goods inventory activities.\nVerify material availability for upcoming production jobs.\nSort and manage recyclable materials.\nSafely operate forklifts and other material handling equipment.\nMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.\nDemonstrate a commitment to quality, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.\nWork independently and collaboratively with other departments.\nPerform additional duties as assigned.\nMaintain regular attendance and work overtime as required.\nWe'd Love to Hear From You If\nYou can follow written and verbal instructions in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.\nYou can accurately use measuring devices such as rulers and tape measures.\nYou can maintain accurate logs, inventory records, and documentation.\nYou demonstrate initiative and a willingness to learn and advance within the department.\nYou are a dependable team player with a strong work ethic.\nYou possess a valid forklift certification.\nYou have basic computer skills.\nYou possess a valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) and meet all licensing requirements.\nYou have experience working in warehouse, shipping, receiving, or manufacturing operations.\nHigh school diploma or GED preferred but not required.
