Success in this role requires strong attention to detail, reliable attendance, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced production environment. You will collaborate with various teams and consistently monitor product quality while maintaining high standards of organization and craftsmanship.\nPosition: Thermoforming Packer\nHiring Manager: Eric Serrano\nHours: 6:45am-7:00pm or 6:45pm-7:00am, 4 days on / 4 days off\nLocation: Plant City, FL\nRate: $16.14/hr. + $ .50 shift differential\nWhat you’ll be doing:\nUtilize at least 1 year of experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, or operations environment (field work acceptable).\nDemonstrate a “get-it-done” mindset with urgency in resolving tasks and issues.\nWork independently while managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously.\nApply working knowledge of products and quality requirements (preferred).\nMaintain reliability, initiative, commitment, and strong quality focus.\nLift 25-50 lbs. as required.\nWork collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.\nPerform repetitive duties including stair climbing and prolonged standing.\nWork quickly and accurately with strong attention to detail.\nWe’d love to hear from you if:\n· Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.\n· Working at a fast, consistent production pace.\n· Packing a wide variety of products and materials.\n· Removing products from the line and visually inspecting them to ensure quality standards are met.\n· Maintaining a safe, clean, and organized work area.\n· Completing all duties assigned by the supervisor or manager.\n· Supporting TOPPAN’s quality and safety policies.\n· Assisting in other departments as needed, including palletizing, labeling, and warehouse operations.\n· High School Diploma or GED preferred.\nAt TOPPAN Packaging Americas, We offer a comprehensive Total Rewards package designed to support our employees’ overall wellbeing.
