Main Street, Huntley, IL 60142)\nShift: 2nd Shift: 3:15 PM - 1:45 AM\nSchedule: Monday - Thursday\nPay Rate: $19.32/Hour plus $1.25 Shift Differential\nSummary Description\nThe Weekend Packer / Inspector is responsible for inspecting and packaging thermoformed product to ensure finished goods meet customer specifications and quality requirements while maintaining safe and efficient production flow.\nWhat You’ll Be Doing\nRemove completed thermoformed sheets from machines\nVisually inspect thermoformed sheets for defects\nRemove and segregate non-conforming product according to inspection control plans\nReport non-conforming parts to the machine operator\nAssemble cardboard cartons\nRemove individual parts and stack according to job specifications\nLoad parts into cartons and seal cartons\nMaintain a clean, safe, and organized work area\nPerform additional duties as assigned\nKeep accurate part counts\nEnsure parts are neatly stacked\nMake new boxes as needed\nRead and understand specification sheets\nParticipate in continuous improvement efforts\nWe’d Love to Hear From You If\nYou are self-motivated and willing to learn\nYou maintain strong attendance and reliability\nYou have excellent attention to detail\nYou work well with inspectors and operators\nYou can continuously lift, reach, stand, and walk\nYou have good vision\nYou communicate clearly in written and verbal form\nYou have strong manual dexterity and agility\nPhysical and Visual Demands\nStanding, walking, bending, and reaching\nPushing and pulling\nReading, writing, and verbal communication\nCarrying and lifting up to 50 pounds\nExperience Preferred\n6 months previous production line experience preferred\nHigh school diploma or GED preferred but not required.
