In this role, you will review, proofread, and validate corporate compliance documents to ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality before client delivery. You will partner with Publishing, Composition, Client Services, and Operations teams to support regulatory disclosure, capital markets, and compliance reporting solutions.\nShift Options:\n New York: 2nd Shift 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM ET (Wednesday onsite schedule begins one hour earlier)\nJob Responsibilities:\nReview corporate compliance documents to identify grammar, punctuation, formatting, style, and consistency issues.\nCompare source files against final output to ensure all content, edits, tables, headings, and disclosures are accurately reflected.\nVerify document layout, spacing, typography, dimensions, graphics, and data placement.\nReview PDF, typeset, and web-based document outputs to ensure consistency across formats.\nApply standard proofreading and markup techniques to communicate corrections and revisions.\nCollaborate with Publishing, Composition, Client Services, and Operations teams to resolve document discrepancies.\nManage multiple document reviews while meeting client-driven deadlines and production schedules.\nMaintain high standards of document quality, accuracy, and regulatory compliance across all deliverables.\nAbout You:\nHigh School Diploma or equivalent required.\nStrong English grammar, proofreading, and written communication skills.\nExceptional attention to detail and ability to spot inconsistencies in text, formatting, and data.\nAbility to work effectively in a deadline-driven production environment.\nStrong organizational and time management skills.\nAbility to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.\nPrior proofreading, editorial, content review, publishing, compliance documentation, or quality assurance experience preferred.\nFrench language reading or proofreading experience is a plus, particularly for Ontario-based positions.\nWe understand that your skills deserve recognition.
